Cut the frozen Switch Mince Meat into 3x3 cm cubes.
Soak rice in cold water for 15 minutes, then drain.
Heat vegetable ghee in a cooking pot.
Add Switch Mince Meat breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon. Season with salt, black pepper, cinnamon, and minced garlic. Brown for 6-8 minutes.
Add frozen green peas and sauté with meat for 3 minutes. Set aside half of the cooked meat on a plate.
Add drained rice to the pot and sauté. Layer remaining meat on top of rice.
Pour hot water to cover rice and meat. Bring to a boil and reduce liquid.
Lower heat, cover, and cook for 18 minutes until rice is tender.
Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and roasted mixed nuts.
