Cut the frozen Switch Mince Meat into 3x3 cm cubes.
Soak rice in cold water for 15 minutes, then drain.
Add vegetable ghee to a cooking pot and heat it over medium heat.
Add Switch Mince Meat and break up any lumps with a wooden spoon. Season with salt, black pepper, cinnamon, and minced garlic. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
Add frozen green peas and sauté with Switch Mince Meat for 3 minutes. Set aside half of the cooked Switch Mince Meat on a plate.
Add the drained rice and sauté. Spread the rice evenly, then layer the remaining meat on top of the rice.
Pour hot water to cover the rice and the Switch Mince Meat. Bring to a boil, then reduce the excess liquid.
Cover the pot and simmer for 18 minutes until the rice is tender.
Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Fluff the rice with a fork before serving. Garnish with parsley and roasted mixed nuts for added flavor and texture.
