Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the Soujuk for 7-9 minutes. Optionally cut it into pieces of about 1 cm long after cooking.
Place the hummus on a plate and create a circular gap in the center using a teaspoon.
Place the cooked Soujuk at the center of the hummus plate.
Sprinkle crushed paprika on top and drizzle with 1 Tbsp of olive oil.
Garnish with finely chopped parsley and roasted pine nuts.
Serve with pita bread.
