  • 1. 120g Switch Soujuk
  • 2. 4 Tbsp hummus dip
  • 3. 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4. 2g crushed paprika (Aleppo)
  • 5. 2g fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 6. 5 roasted pine nuts

    Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • 02/

    Add the Switch Soujuk to the pan and cook for 7-9 minutes, turning it occasionally, until it is evenly golden brown on all sides. Optionally, cut the Switch Soujuk into pieces of about 1 cm long after cooking.

  • 03/

    Place the hummus on a plate and create a circular gap in the center using a teaspoon.

  • 04/

    Place the cooked Switch Soujuk at the center of the hummus plate, creating a nice presentation.

  • 05/

    Sprinkle a bit of crushed paprika on top and drizzle with 1 Tbsp of olive oil for extra flavor and richness.

  • 06/

    Garnish with finely chopped parsley and roasted pine nuts.
