Preheat a frying pan over medium heat.
Add a small amount of sunflower oil to the pan, letting it heat up to create a non-stick surface for your patty. Gently place your Switch Burger Patty in the hot pan.
Grill the Switch Burger Patty for about 10 minutes, flipping it halfway through to cook evenly on both sides until it has a golden-brown crust.
