Ingredients
  • • 240g Switch Kabab
  • • 4 Flat Arabic breads

  • • 75g fresh, finely chopped parsley
  • • 1 medium-sized tomato, sliced
  • • ¼ white onion, thinly sliced
  • • 10g sumac powder

  • For Tarator Sauce:
  • • 50g tahini
  • • 100g plain yogurt
  • • 25g lemon juice
  • • 100g cucumber pickles
  • • Salt (to taste)

Steps

    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Add the Switch kabab skewers to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning them occasionally until browned on all sides.
