Defrost the Switch Mince Meat for 8 hours inside the fridge.
Add the onion, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the Switch Mince Meat and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Shape the mixtures into 30g balls
Cook the meatballs in a pan with a little bit of oil for 3-4 minutes
Transfer it to a baking tray and add the tomato sauce, fresh basil, and vegetable stock.
Cover the baking tray and place it in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.
Boil the pasta and keep it aside.
In a separate pan add 120g of the sauce and 5 pieces of the Polpette.
Add 140g of cooked spaghetti and cook together for 2 minutes on a medium fire.
Garnish with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese on the top and serve
Serve hot and enjoy.
