Wash and strain the rice thoroughly.
Brown Switch Mince Meat with oil, salt, white pepper, and all spice in a pot over medium-high heat. Break up lumps while cooking for 6-8 minutes.
Mix cooked meat with rice.
Stuff zucchini with rice and meat, leaving 1 cm gap at the top.
Arrange zucchini in the pot.
Mix water, crushed garlic, and dry mint, then pour over zucchini.
Add enough water to cover zucchini, then cover the pot.
Cook for 35 minutes, until the zucchini and rice are tender.
Separate the zucchini and water.
Place fresh yogurt in a pot on the stove.
Add white pepper and water to yogurt, mix well.
Boil yogurt for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix water and corn flour separately , add to yogurt, and stir well.
Boil for 10 more minutes, stirring to avoid stickiness.
Dip zucchini in yogurt and boil for 10 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with dry mint.
