  • 2. 4 Flat Arabic breads

  • For Biwaz garnish:
  • 3. 75g fresh, finely chopped parsley
  • 4. 1 medium-sized tomato, sliced
  • 5. ¼ white onion, thinly sliced
  • 6. 10g sumac powder

  • For Tarator Sauce:
  • 7. 50g tahini
  • 8. 100g plain yogurt
  • 9. 25g lemon juice
  • 10. 100g cucumber pickles
  • 11. Salt (to taste)

    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Add the Switch Kafta skewers to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning them occasionally until browned on all sides.
