  • 1. 500g Switch Kabab*
  • 2. 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 3. 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 4. 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 5. 30g red hot shatta (chilli paste)
  • 6. 3 medium fresh tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 7. 30g fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 8. 1 ½ tsp seven spices, powder
  • 9. 5 medium-thickness pita bread
  • 10. 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 11. Salt (to taste)

    Defrost Switch Kabab in the refrigerator before cooking.

  • 01/

    Blend tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and parsley in a food processor. Drain excess liquid.

  • 02/

    Mix the blend with Switch Kabab, seven spices, and optional salt.

  • 03/

    Spread around 100g of filling into each pita bread.

  • 04/

    Brush olive oil on both sides of the pita.

  • 05/

    Bake in the oven or grill until crisp (8-10 minutes each side).
    Serve with plain yogurt as a dip.
