Defrost Switch product in the refrigerator before cooking.
Blend tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and parsley in a food processor. Drain excess liquid.
Mix the blend with Kabab, seven spices, and optional salt.
Spread around 100g of filling into each pita bread.
Brush olive oil on both sides of the pita.
Bake in the oven or grill until crisp (8-10 minutes each side).
Serve with plain yogurt as a dip.
