Defrost Switch Kabab in the refrigerator before cooking.
Add tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and parsley into a food processor and blend until the mixture is well combined. Drain excess liquid.
Mix the blend with Switch Kabab, seven spices, and optional salt.
Spread around 100g of filling into each pita bread.
Brush olive oil on both sides of the pita.
Bake in a preheated oven or grill until golden brown and crispy (8-10 minutes each side).
Pair the Arayes with a side of plain yogurt as a dip. The cool and creamy yogurt provides a refreshing contrast, which complements and adds to the taste of the filling.
Serve and enjoy the great taste of the delicious Switch plant-based kabab, nestled in warm pita bread and coupled with some refreshing creamy yoghurt.
