Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the Switch Soujuk to the pan and cook for 7-9 minutes, turning it occasionally, until it is evenly golden brown on all sides. Optionally, cut the Switch Soujuk into pieces of about 1 cm long after cooking.
Place the hummus on a plate and create a circular gap in the center using a teaspoon.
Place the cooked Switch Soujuk at the center of the hummus plate, creating a nice presentation.
Sprinkle a bit of crushed paprika on top and drizzle with 1 Tbsp of olive oil for extra flavor and richness.
Garnish with finely chopped parsley and roasted pine nuts, which will add another flavor layer and will give a crunchy texture.
