In a heavy skillet heat the oil and sauté the Switch Mince Meat for 8 minutes then put it aside.
In the same skillet add the ghee and fry the onions till they turn translucent.
Add all the spices with the chopped green chilies, and fry everything on low heat for 30 seconds.
Add the ginger and garlic paste then fry for half a minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes and fry very well on low heat until the oil begins to separate. This step is very important.
Add the Switch Mince Meat, green peas, and tomato puree to the onion. Continue to cook for a minute or two before adding the chopped coriander.
Drizzle a few drops of lime juice.
Garnish with ginger and serve hot with paratha, or rice.
