Ingredients
  • • 400g Switch Mince Meat
  • • 40ml vegetable oil
  • • 200g brown onion, finely chopped
  • • 40g vegetable ghee
  • • 640g canned peeled tomato, finely chopped
  • • 20g ginger & garlic paste
  • • 8g cumin powder
  • • 5g coriander powder
  • • 5g curry powder
  • • 8g meat masala
  • • 4g green chilies, finely chopped
  • • 160g green peas
  • • 30g tomato paste
  • • 8g Kashmiri red chili powder
  • • 1 tsp lime juice
  • • 8g coriander, finely chopped
  • • salt to taste

Steps

  • 01/

    In a heavy skillet heat the oil and sauté the Switch Mince Meat for 8 minutes then put it aside.

  • 02/

    In the same skillet add the ghee and fry the onions till they turn translucent.

  • 03/

    Add all the spices with the chopped green chilies, and fry everything on low heat for 30 seconds.

  • 04/

    Add the ginger and garlic paste then fry for half a minute.

  • 05/

    Add the chopped tomatoes and fry very well on low heat until the oil begins to separate. This step is very important.

  • 06/

    Add the Switch Mince Meat, green peas, and tomato puree to the onion. Continue to cook for a minute or two before adding the chopped coriander.

  • 07/

    Drizzle a few drops of lime juice.

  • 08/

    Garnish with ginger and serve hot with paratha, or rice.
