Defrost Switch Kafta in the refrigerator before cooking.
On a cutting board, slice the onion and fresh tomatoes into slices and set aside. Slice the potato into slices.
Heat the pan and quickly fry the potato slices until golden (2-3 minutes). Set aside.
Shape 30g of Switch Kafta into 6-7 cm circles.
In the oven tray, layer the tomato slices, then the Switch Kafta circles, the onion slices, and finally the potato slices.
Sprinkle the arrangement with salt (if desired), black pepper, and seven spices.
Carefully pour the blended tomatoes over the prepared layers.
Cover the tray tightly with foil.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and place the covered tray inside.
Bake for 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Once done, remove from the oven and carefully remove the foil.
Garnish the dish with finely chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
Serve the Switch Kafta tray hot, alongside a side of rice.
