Heat the oil in the skillet pan to 170°C.
Add the Switch Soujuk to the oil and cook for 7 minutes.
Add all the vegetables and cook with the Switch Soujuk for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the paprika and sauce and mix for 30 seconds.
Transfer the mixture onto a plate drizzle with pomegranate molasses on the top and garnish with parsley.
