In the skillet add the oil and heat in medium fire then add the Switch Mince Meat and cook for 8 minutes and keep aside.
In the same skillet add the olive oil and heat in a medium fire.
Add the onion and sauté for a few minutes until they start to turn brown then add all the vegetables except the peas and herbs and sauté together with the onion.
When the vegetables are cooked, add the mince meat and mix gently then season with the herbs.
Add the tomato paste and water and cook for 5 minutes on a low-heat fire.
Finally, add the green peas and cook for another 5 minutes on a low-heat fire.
In the mixing bowl add the boiled potato and all the ingredients and smash with the fork until it has a unified smooth thick texture.
In the baking tray add 2 tablespoons of the mashed potato and spread evenly in a 20x20cm baking tray.
Add the filling on top and spread evenly.
Add the remaining mashed potato on top and spread evenly.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.
Take it out from the oven, spread the bread crumb on top and then bake for 5 more minutes or until the bread crumb becomes golden.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
