BEHIND SWITCH

Entrepreneur & founder on a mission to disrupt the region’s food habits by developing FoodTech to produce healthier and more sustainable products tailored to the region’s tastes and culinary customs.

After close to two decades in the conventional foods processing space, I recently founded Switch Foods: a FoodTech company focused on enhancing access and affordability of healthy and nutritious food for all through sustainable and tech-enabled local production which aligns with my passion for good food and sustainable development
